Invitation to obtain RABT Certification
Manufacturing companies that deliver Oman-made goods and services from Oman's Industrial Estates and Industrial Zones, termed Industrial Organisations, can register on RABT and obtain the RABT Certificate for Industrial Organisations after an online validation process.
RABT enables the PTLCA to identify eligible Suppliers of Oman-made goods and services for contract execution. In the execution of contracts at sub-contracting levels arising from PTLCA contract awards, Industrial Organisations holding the RABT Certificate are utilised to fulfil In-Country Value (ICV) obligations based on various parameters.
Beneficiaries of tender awards are empowered to further implement sub-contract models as part of ICV obligation implementation using the RABT Contracts Management System.
RABT Certified Industrial Organisations are enabled to source from credible RABT Certified Suppliers, leading to higher ICV impact in Oman's Industrial Sector.
As part of the RABT ICV compliance initiative, RABT Industrial Organisations are engaged to contribute effectively to ICV in Oman through proactive mechanisms leading to tangible scoring of their ICV contribution, which plays a major role in receiving contract awards and obtaining other benefits.
RABT Industrial Organisations are showcased on RABT for business opportunities through a robust B2B platform built into RABT. Exhaustive profiling, communication and B2B events drive digital networking, leading to new partnerships in business and investments.
Mapping of capabilities and capacities is a standard and constant feature for every RABT Industrial Organisation. The RABT Capabilities and Capacities Assessment (CCA) Matrix enables identification of gaps in capacities and capabilities across Oman's Industrial Ecosystem, supporting Industrial Organisations to mitigate the gaps, leading to quality and growth strategies.

A valid Membership Certificate issued by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Document downloaded from the Ministry of Labour, issued within 6 months.
Activity licence issued by the Industrial Zone Authority or Oman's Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion (MoCIIP) with the approval of the Municipality, or by any other authorised entity.
Issued by the Local Authority.
Issued by the Local Authority or the principal company.
Valid ISO certificate(s) covering the products or services you map on RABT, issued in the company's name.
Any other valid quality, safety or industry certificates held for your products or services, such as product conformity certificates.
The audited financial report for the previous financial year. See the note below the table.
VAT registration certificate issued by the Oman Tax Authority, for VAT-registered companies.
Riyada card issued by the Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises Development, for SMEs registered with Riyada.
Certificate showing that the products you map are made in Oman, where you hold one.
* Optional for every company. When provided, it should be the financial report for the previous year; a start-up that has not yet completed a financial year leaves it out.
